Chris Neal, CEO
Before founding BlueStripe, Mr. Neal was VP of Field Operations for the Americas for Wily Technology, the Magic Quadrant Leader for Java EE Application Management. During his seven year tenure there Mr. Neal grew revenues from $0 to $75M, culminating in acquisition by CA for $375M. Throughout his career Mr. Neal has excelled at building talented teams that are highly focused on producing value for customers, partners, and investors. Mr. Neal brings over 15 years of leadership in enterprise infrastructure software sales, including Oracle & NetDynamics, a Java Application Server leader acquired by Sun Microsystems. Mr. Neal holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Vic Nyman, COO
With over 20 years of systems management experience, Vic Nyman is a successful veteran of multiple ventures in the systems and application management field. Prior to founding BlueStripe Software, Mr. Nyman served as Chairman and CEO of Relicore in the ITSM Discovery and Configuration management market. Mr. Nyman led Relicore to a successful merger with Symantec in 2006. Prior to Relicore, Mr. Nyman was with Wily Technology. Mr. Nyman joined Wily as the first business executive with the goal of transforming an innovative technology into a market leading Java application management company. Prior to Wily, Mr. Nyman served in several executive positions with IBM in the Tivoli and Networking Software organizations. Mr. Nyman holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
John Bley, Chief Architect
John Bley is the Chief Architect of BlueStripe Software. John was an early employee of Wily Technology, serving in roles ranging from engineering to post-sales consulting to product management. John has spent a decade in enterprise systems management and holds 2 patents with 8 more pending. John holds a Masters in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in English and Computer Science from Duke University.
John Whittington, VP Business Development
Prior to his current role, Mr. Whittington was an early employee at Wily Technology. He was instrumental in generating early customers and strategic enterprise deals. He went on to manage national accounts where he specialized in complex sales cycles. Before Wily, Mr. Whittington served in several roles for NetDynamics and Sun Microsystems. Prior to NetDynamics, Mr. Whittington worked for CA in their systems management group. Mr. Whittington has over 15 years of enterprise software sales and business development experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Shane O’Donnell, VP Engineering
O'Donnell brings nearly two decades of engineering excellence, strategic vision and execution in both network design and management. He held leadership positions with Cisco Systems, including software strategist & architect where he was responsible for the use of open source technologies in embedded systems and management products. Prior to Cisco, O'Donnell served as CTO at Oculan Corporation, where he led the design and development of OpenNMS and Oculan's award-winning suite of products. At BlueStripe, O'Donnell oversees all product engineering and research efforts.
