Before founding BlueStripe, Mr. Neal was VP of Field Operations for the Americas for Wily Technology, the Magic Quadrant Leader for Java EE Application Management. During his seven year tenure there Mr. Neal grew revenues from $0 to $75M, culminating in acquisition by CA for $390M. Throughout his career Mr. Neal has excelled at building talented teams that are highly focused on producing value for customers, partners, and investors. Mr. Neal brings to BlueStripe over 14 years of enterprise infrastructure software sales leadership experience, including Oracle & NetDynamics, a leader in the Java Application Server market which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. Mr. Neal holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With over 20 years of systems management experience, Vic Nyman is a successful veteran of multiple ventures in the systems and application management field. Prior to founding BlueStripe Software, Mr. Nyman served as Chairman and CEO of Relicore in the ITSM Discovery and Configuration management market. Mr. Nyman led Relicore to a successful merger with Symantec in 2006. Prior to Relicore, Mr. Nyman was with Wily Technology. Mr. Nyman joined Wily as the first business executive with the goal of transforming an innovative technology into a market leading Java application management company. Prior to Wily, Mr. Nyman served in several executive positions with IBM in the Tivoli and Networking Software organizations. Mr. Nyman holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Noel has been part of the Silicon Valley venture capital community for 40 years. Prior to co-founding Trinity Ventures in 1986, he was co-founder of three successful technology startups, and CEO of two of them, Covalent Systems and Acurex. From 1983 to 1986, he led Covalent Systems from start-up to a profitable $12 million sales level in three years. He led Acurex from 1972 to 1982 during a period when sales increased nearly tenfold to $65 million with continuous profitability. Noel is actively involved in the World Presidents' Organization and the Stanford Athletic Board, and is a past chairman of the Northern California Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization and a past chairman of the American Electronics Association.
Mr. Riechers is recognized as one of the top value-added investors and board members in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles at venture capital firms and technology companies. Mr. Riechers is a Director of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and a co-founder of The MINDSHARE Program, a leading organization for technology entrepreneurs in the Greater Washington area. He is also a Director of Rivermine Software, Parature, EnterpriseDB, and Exadigm. Prior to his venture capital career, Mr. Riechers spent 16 years in senior operating roles with technology companies, including four early-stage ventures, all of which ultimately went public. Gene received a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College (Executive Program) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
Steve has been the president and CEO of SciQuest since 2001. His early success as a technology entrepreneur continues to fuel his passion for leading companies to excellence. Prior to SciQuest, he served as senior director, strategic investments & mergers and acquisitions at SAS Institute. He joined SAS in June 2000, after SAS acquired DataFlux Corporation, where he served as president and CEO. Before joining DataFlux, Steve was managing director/Europe and senior executive vice president for SunGard Treasury Systems, a division of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., and president and CEO of Multinational Computer Models, Inc., which was sold to SunGard Data Systems in 1998. A well-seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience, Steve started his career with the General Electric Company. He graduated from its renowned Financial Management Program with honors and became treasurer of GE Plastics. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
