With more than 25 years of technical and managerial experience, Boose will be responsible for leading the engineering team that developed the company’s flagship solution, FactFinder, a transition monitoring solution for IT Operations. Boose was previously BlueStripe’s Director of QA, where she defined and built the QA processes and team.

Before joining BlueStripe, Boose held several technical and managerial positions with IBM, including serving as Senior Software Engineer in the WebSphere Portal organization. Boose also held technical leadership positions with NetIQ Corporation (now Attachmate).
